You might already know this, but in Iceland, we get pretty excited about summer!

The East Fjords hide a quiet treasure along Neskaupstaður's rocky coast. Paskahellir, known as Easter Cave, tells a story written in stone. Ancient lava buried forests here. Later, ocean waves carved the rock into one of Iceland's most striking sea caves.

Outside Reykjavik, there are few places of a significant size anywhere in Iceland. In Austurland, the largest place is Egilsstaðir, which has a population of less than 3000 inhabitants.
