Hraundís guides the participants through the world of essential oil studies, where they will learn how essential oils are made and how they are used. Icelandic raw materials are used and raw materials are collected under the guidance of Hraundís for distillation. Dive into the chemistry of the oils, their use, mixing essential oils with carrier oils and what to concider when using them.

Hraundís founded the company Hraundis.is in 2015 and then began the production of essential oils. Since then, she has been developing and selling various health products from Icelandic essential oils, and her pain oil is the most popular product.

 

Teaching takes place in both English and Icelandic.
