After reuniting with Gwen Stacy, Miles Morales - Brooklyn's friendly Spider-Man - is thrown across the multiverse. There he meets a group of spider-people who have to fight for their own existence. But as the heroes figure out how to deal with a new threat, Miles finds himself on edge with the group and must redefine what it means to be a hero, so he can save the people he cares about most.
